How long does processing take?
Processing is typically 1-3 buisness days before shipping. During drops or conventions, it may be a bit longer, thank you for your patience!
Where’s my tracking number?
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Can’t find it? Check spam or search for “Moonwake Studioz.” Still lost? Email me and I’ll resend it.
My package says “delivered” but it’s not here!
Give it 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early). Check with neighbors and your mailbox/parcel locker. If it doesn’t show, contact your local post office with the tracking number. Then email me and I’ll help where I can.
Returns & Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
