How long does processing take?
Processing is typically 1-3 buisness daysbefore shipping. During drops or conventions, it may be a bit longer, thank you for your patience!
Where’s my tracking number?
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Can’t find it? Check spam or search for “Moonwake Studioz.” Still lost? Email me and I’ll resend it.
My package says “delivered” but it’s not here!
Give it 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early). Check with neighbors and your mailbox/parcel locker. If it doesn’t show, contact your local post office with the tracking number. Then email me and I’ll help where I can.

Will items restock?
Usually yes for fan favorites! Limited runs may not return. Follow my Tiktok (moonwakestudioz) for updates!
Keychain & sticker care
Stickers are water-resistant and best on smooth, clean surfaces. Keychains can handle everyday use, but avoid heavy scratching and long water exposure to keep them cute longer.
Do you take commissions?
I open limited commission slots. Check if open on my socials and message me there!
My order arrived damaged. Help!
Email me within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. I’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
I typed the wrong address
Message me ASAP with the correct address. If it hasn’t shipped, I’ll update it. If it’s already out, I’ll wait for it to return to me (if it does) and can reship to the correct address; additional postage may apply.
